You’re at the airport waiting for your flight, excited about your trip but with a bit of time to kill before you board. Wouldn’t it be great if you could watch footage from some of the best parties across the globe and up your cocktail knowledge at the same time? Well, that’s exactly what the touch screen interaction we’ve created for the Smirnoff brand does.
Saatchi X called on our premium interactive skills to bring to life the Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange project, and we came back with a slick, rewarding touch screen experience. Users can spin a globe and view content from Smirnoff’s Nightlife Exchange events in some of the world’s most iconic party locations, including Miami, London, Bangkok and Sydney.
Not only that, but users can scroll on to find out more about the ingredients of the Smirnoff cocktails that got those parties going. A great call to action for thirsty travellers to pick up some Smirnoff Vodka for themselves.
The key challenges when working with a consumer facing touch screen are around fine tuning the touch response times to evoke a natural feel - content needs to be easily accessible without the need to think too hard. We are pleased to say that we nailed these challenges early on to create an optimum user experience.
