.NET Developer - Specialmoves
The ideal candidate will be committed, motivated and have an excellent attention to detail. Developer skills are of course crucial, but we also want someone who will fit in well with the existing team.
We need to know that you can hit the ground running, we're looking for someone with solid digital agency/production company experience.
Requirements
You'll need the following skills:
- Visual Studio 2010
- C# .NET framework 4.0
- ASP.NET MVC 3 (Razor View Engine) & Webforms (all new projects will be written using MVC, however we still have some legacy WebForms projects)
- Entity Framework
- SQL Server 2005/2008 + Good SQL knowledge
- Good understanding of OOP
- Web services
- Experience of N-Tier applications
- General IIS / Windows server configuration
- Using Subversion for source control (Git or any other DVCS is a plus)
Ideally you'd also have:
- XHTML, CSS & W3C standards
- JavaScript (and preferably JQuery framework)
- A good understanding of digital media production, especially for the web
- Experience of developing in a Continuous Integration environment
- Be able to write clean code that others can understand
- Experience implementing/developing Content management systems
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
